What services does Exactus AMC provide?
Exactus AMC manages residential and DSCR appraisal orders nationwide. We handle appraiser assignment, communication, quality control, and secure delivery to lenders—ensuring an unbiased, compliant, and efficient valuation process.
Where does Exactus AMC operate?
We currently serve 48 states and Washington, DC. Licensing for Delaware and Hawaii is in progress.
What appraisal products do you support?
We support all major products, including Conventional & Jumbo, FHA & VA, Investment/DSCR, desktop/hybrid reports, second opinions, and field reviews. Limited commercial may be available where permitted.
How can lenders place appraisal orders?
Orders can be submitted through our secure online portal. We also support ordering via several LOS systems and platforms, including Mercury Network, LenderX, and other integrations.
Can my LOS be connected directly to Exactus AMC?
Yes. We support multiple LOS integrations and will work with your team to determine the best connection path for your workflow.
How long do appraisals typically take?
Our average turn time is 4–5 business days, depending on location and property complexity.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer flexible options: borrower credit/debit card, secure borrower payment link, and lender/client invoicing.
Are appraisal fees refundable?
Refund eligibility depends on order progress:

After inspection 50% refund
After report delivery No refund

Note: Timing is based on the appraiser’s first attempted on-site visit (inspection) and the status of report completion.

Can borrowers or agents speak directly to the appraiser?
To maintain compliance and independence, communication with the appraiser is coordinated by Exactus AMC. We manage scheduling and information requests to protect all parties and ensure regulatory compliance.
How are appraisers selected?
Appraisers are assigned based on geographic competency, license/certification, performance, experience with similar properties, and compliance requirements—consistent with Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR).
Who receives the completed appraisal?
The completed report is delivered securely to the lender. Borrowers receive a copy from the lender in accordance with federal regulations.
Do you review each appraisal?
Yes. Every appraisal undergoes layered quality control—both automated checks and manual reviews—to verify compliance, completeness, and consistency.
