1007 & 216 Add-Ons

  • 1007 Comparable Rent Schedule: Estimates market rent for similar properties.
  • 216 Operating Income Statement: Estimates investment property cash flow.

HUD-92051 or Inspection Only

For lender-required inspection updates or HUD repair verification.

Report Conversion

Convert a report from conventional to FHA format or repackage as needed per lender requirements.
