 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been meaning to write a thank you message to Exactus for months.  Finally business is starting to pickup and I want to get this out to you folks before we get busy again.

We are ISA Confirms, Inc Appraisals.  We are now a part of your appraiser panel because we were provided an unsolicited invitation from Exactus.  I speak for my entire staff when I say that we wish all of our AMCs were the boon to our business that Exactus has become.

We have had a few good experiences throughout the years we have been in business since 1999 with many AMCs, but Exactus has become one of the rare finds as compared to our other AMCs.

Beyond your considerate fee payment policy and turn-times, Exactus employs something we have rarely found with most AMCs – a professional human touch.

From our very first assignment from Exactus until today, we have had the benefit of assistance from a young lady name Shaydee Carlisle.  From her e-mail signatures her title apparently is account processor.  However, in our office she is called our ‘everything’ person.

The reality of appraisal orders fulfillment often is not a simple matter and communication between the lender source and the assigned appraiser is often filled with unexpected and unforeseen challenges.

Time is always of the essence when serving a lender requirement and all too often when working through an AMC our valuation process is stalled because of poor communication.

Nearly all our AMCs we have had a years-long relationship with, have lost or replaced employees over the past 3-years.

We are relieved that the Fed will finally bring back the success possible in our industry and we sincerely hope Shaydee will remain our business contact for decades to come and she continues with Exactus.

If we should lose Shaydee, she would sorely be missed by ISA Confirms, Inc.

And by far the best service I have received has been from Savanna w/ Exactus Appraisal Management.
